Our Personal Training options offer the perfect blend of accountability, personalized programming, and expert guidance. Perfect for individuals who are new to the gym, just returning to exercise, or working around an injury. 

One-On-One Training: Enjoy workouts tailored just for you, designed by our NASM certified trainers. Working around an injury? We can help with that too! Hyperswole trainers are corrective exercise specialists who can work with you to overcome most limitations due to injury.

Small -Group Training: Experience all the benefits of personal training in a small group setting. This option includes a gym membership, strength focused workouts, and expert guidance in a fun, dynamic group setting.

Nutrition Coaching

Starting at $7 per Day

Our intensive 12 week program is designed to TEACH you the fundamentals of proper nutrition, with a focus on food tracking, macro balance and eating for performance. For just $7 a day, you can learn how to take control of your body and finally create a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. Led by NASM-certified nutrition coach and trained chef Rachel Phillips, our program includes a personalized macro plan; lots of easy, delicious recipes; suggested grocery lists; and more!

Suffering from chronic or acute pain? We can help! Ben Moulden is a certified movement and corrective exercise specialist who has devoted more than 20 years to working with everyone from top NFL athletes to aging adults. He is an expert in eliminating pain through corrective exercise, assisted stretching, and targeted muscle tension relief. Services start at $100/hr and are available at Hyperswole Gym by appointment.

Designed for ages 12 and up, this program focuses on building raw strength, improving mobility, and fostering a strong foundation in fitness. We offer strength and conditioning sessions for teams, small groups, and individuals, all designed to elevate your child’s performance both on and off the field.

Fitness Philosophy: Years ago I came across the perfect word to describe my overall philosophy in fitness and in life: “Kaizen” is the Japanese principle of “constant incremental improvement.” As a self-described “type A” person I love the idea of “constant improvement” for obvious reasons but the word “incremental” is also crucial, especially when you are training. It allows you to make changes & improvements slowly, methodically, & correctly without the strain, injury, and stress that come when all you want are fast results – after all, perfection cannot be rushed.
