Where do we begin?! The moment you walk in, you are greeted with wall to wall murals, painted by the late owner, and of course our gym dog Bones! As you look around you might see owners Chris and Rachel coaching a client or chatting with a member about the daily workout. The 4,000 square foot space feels large but the atmosphere is that of a small town where "everybody knows your name". Hyperswole is more than just your local Jacksonville gym; we are obsessed with creating a space that you are proud to recommend to your friends and family. A place where you come to create, change and grow!

We offer two distinct paths to suit your fitness needs:

Gym Memberships:

  • Basic Membership: Access to one of the cities largest indoor turf spaces, 6 power racks, traditional and non-traditional weights, expertly programmed daily workouts and special events. Best for those who are self motivated and enjoy working out independently.
  • All-Access Membership: In addition to all the benefits of the Basic Membership, the All-Access Membership offers 24/7 gym access. Best for those with busy schedules or who prefer to work out at unconventional times.

Training Packages:

Our Personal Training options offer the perfect blend of accountability, personalized programming, and expert guidance. Perfect for individuals who are new to the gym, just returning to exercise, or dealing with an injury. 

One-On-One Training: Enjoy workouts tailored just for you, designed by our NASM certified trainers. Working around an injury? We can help with that too! Hyperswole trainers are corrective exercise specialists who can work with you to overcome most limitations due to injury.

Small-Group Training: Experience all the benefits of personal training in a small group setting. This option includes a gym membership, strength focused workouts, and expert guidance in a fun, dynamic group setting.

One on one training is best for individuals who are:

  • New to the gym or just returning to exercise
  • Interested in making rapid strength gains in the gym / training for a competition
  • Prone to injury or are currently suffering from an injury
  • Looking for motivation and expert guidance in their health journey
  • Able to dedicate 2-3 hours per week to the gym
  • Require a flexible schedule to accommodate their lifestyle

 

What to Expect:

  • Custom programing following our unique 4 week phasing system
  • Dedicated 1 hour gym sessions lead by a certified personal trainer 
  • In depth mobility & stretching protocol to prevent injury and maximize strength gains
  • Monthly check in to discuss progress and assess ongoing goals
  • Additional “at home” programming to supplement gym sessions
  • Customized nutrition and supplement suggestions to compliment your current training protocol 

 

Starting at $85 a session

Semi private training
Semi private training is best for clients who:

  • Have a basic knowledge of strength training
  • Are looking to dramatically increase strength gains / fat loss by following a proven workout system and nutrition protocol geared toward building muscle and speeding the metabolism
  • Prefer to workout in a small group setting with the expert guidance of a trainer
  • Prefer to workout 2-3 times per week

 

What to Expect:

  • 1-2 trainer lead workouts per week.
  • Proven workout and nutrition system designed to maximize results in 12 weeks
  • Custom tracking sheets for every workout
  • Stretch / mobility guide to use before and after each workout
  • Monthly check in to assess progress and current goals
  • Gym membership included

 

Starting at $45 per week

Memberships start at $75 a month and training packages start at $45 per week. Visit our training page for more information and to schedule your free workout!

Our personal training sessions are designed to fast track your results by providing accountability, expert exercise programming, injury prevention, nutrition guidance and open communication to ensure we are meeting your needs and moving towards your goal week after week.

Fitness Philosophy: Years ago I came across the perfect word to describe my overall philosophy in fitness and in life: “Kaizen” is the Japanese principle of “constant incremental improvement.” As a self-described “type A” person I love the idea of “constant improvement” for obvious reasons but the word “incremental” is also crucial, especially when you are training. It allows you to make changes & improvements slowly, methodically, & correctly without the strain, injury, and stress that come when all you want are fast results – after all, perfection cannot be rushed.
